Available Positions

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator

DEM Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator to support PCB assembly operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT and pick-and-place equipment. This role is responsible for producing to quality standards. The SMT Operator works closely with production and engineering teams to support production and development builds. 


Production Supervisor - Cable Electronics Assembly

DEM Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor – Cable & Electronics Assembly to lead our electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. This role supervises a team of 10–20 technicians, manages floor workflow and quality performance, and actively performs and trains staff in cable assembly, PCB soldering, and electro-mechanical assembly. 


Cable Solder Electronic Assembler

DEM Manufacturing is seeking early- to mid-level experienced Cable Solder Electronic Assemblers to support growing assembly operations. This role performs electronic, cable, and electromechanical assembly, including soldering of cable assemblies. Responsibilities include building flexible and rigid cable assemblies, cutting and stripping wire, crimping, potting, soldering, and using measuring tools and work instructions. 


PCBA Assembler

Responsible for soldering or assembling surface mount electronic components on printed circuit boards. The candidate must demonstrate quality workmanship and be able to read and interpret Printed Circuit Board drawings and assembly instructions necessary to produce electronic assemblies.


Production Cable Assembler

Perform electronic and mechanical assembly per documented procedures using hand tools and a variety of electronics assembly equipment. The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies. Must be able to perform operations necessary to build a flexible cable assembly, and or a rigid assembly, cut and strip wire, pot, crimp and solder. Must use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids such as Bill of Materials and work instructions.


Injection Molding Technician

Responsible to operate injection molding equipment in accordance with job specific work instructions. Verify correct set-up of molds, materials, processes and auxiliary equipment before machine start up. Perform process monitoring and troubleshooting part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality. Identifies and corrects problems, applies experience and knowledge in making adjustments, documents changes, addresses questionable parts, and monitors and focuses on scrap reduction. Verify applicable paperwork for jobs is completed at startup and shut down of production process. Should possess a basic understanding of hydraulics as they apply to Injection molding machines.


Electrical Engineer

 Experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and production of embedded electronic systems and ruggedized electronic products. This role supports projects from concept through manufacturing and works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams across military, medical device, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware development, manufacturing test support, EMI/RFI mitigation, and cross functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of experience, and hands on experience with PCB design, embedded systems, and firmware development. Experience in defense, aerospace, medical device, or high reliability manufacturing environments is preferred. 


Mechanical Design Engineer

Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and improvement of electronic products, cable assemblies, and medical devices from concept through production. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to develop mechanical designs, maintain engineering documentation, support manufacturing processes, and contribute to product development activities. Candidates should have experience with mechanical design for electronic or electromechanical products, proficiency with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, and strong problem solving and cross functional collaboration skills. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. 


Quality Control & Compliance Coordinator

 Experienced Quality Control & Compliance Coordinator to support day to day quality operations and regulatory compliance activities across military communications products, cable assemblies, and medical devices. This role works closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support inspections, customer complaint investigations, quality documentation, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance activities, and FDA related requirements. Candidates should have experience in quality and compliance within electronics or medical device manufacturing environments, strong organizational and problem solving skills, and familiarity with quality systems, audits, and regulatory documentation.
