We are currently seeking team members across several of our production areas identified below. These positions require someone who can work in a flexible atmosphere; who has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; and who is able to make productive use of time. Inherent skills and abilities must include good organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication.
Available Positions
PCBA Assembler
Responsible for soldering or assembling surface mount electronic components on printed circuit boards. The candidate must demonstrate quality workmanship and be able to read and interpret Printed Circuit Board drawings and assembly instructions necessary to produce high quality electronic assemblies that exceed our customer’s expectations, in accordance with industry standards.
Production Cable Assembler
Perform electronic and mechanical assembly per documented procedures and applicable standards using hand tools and a variety of electronics assembly equipment. The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Must be able to perform operations necessary to build a flexible cable assembly, and or a rigid assembly, cut and strip wire, pot, crimp and solder. Must use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids such as Bill of Materials, work instructions and drawings.
Injection Molding Technician
Responsible to operate injection molding equipment in accordance with job specific work instructions. Verify correct set-up of molds, materials, processes and auxiliary equipment before machine start up. Perform process monitoring and troubleshooting part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality. Identifies and corrects problems, applies experience and knowledge in making adjustments, documents changes, addresses questionable parts, and monitors and focuses on scrap reduction. Verify applicable paperwork for jobs is completed at startup and shut down of production process. Should possess a basic understanding of hydraulics as they apply to Injection molding machines.
