Step 3: Production
After FA sign-off, full-scale production launches, and DEM typically begins shipping in under 4 weeks. Our flexible floor supports runs from a few hundred to tens of thousands of units, including PCBAs, cable assemblies, and integrated electro-mechanical builds.
Step 4: Testing
Every product goes through multiple rounds of inspection and testing. Most production electronics are functionally tested at least three times per unit by our QA/QC staff, with in-house IP ingress and waterproof testing available up to 30 meters of submersion.
